Extending Partnership with Perumda Tirta Kahuripan Bogor POJ Continues to Provide Vehicle and Call Center Services

Jakarta – Smooth operations depend on reliable transportation and service personnel, both to support mobility and to serve customers. To meet these needs, PT Pesonna Optima Jasa (POJ) has continued its partnership with Perumda Tirta Kahuripan, Bogor Regency, through the signing of an addendum for vehicle rental and Call Center outsourcing services on October 5, 2026, at the Perumda Tirta Kahuripan office. The event was attended by POJ Director Ferry Hariawan, along with POJ's management team and representatives of Perumda Tirta Kahuripan.

Under the extended agreement, POJ will continue to provide 34 vehicles to support Perumda Tirta Kahuripan's operational needs, as well as 6 outsourced personnel assigned to the Call Center. This partnership is part of POJ's effort to deliver professional operational support services while strengthening synergy with regionally owned enterprises in meeting transportation and customer service needs.

The extension is expected to serve as a foundation for expanding the scale of collaboration in the next period, including opportunities to add more vehicles and Call Center personnel. For POJ, the continued partnership with Perumda Tirta Kahuripan also reinforces the company's commitment to developing its services business through vehicle rental and outsourcing offerings that meet its partners' needs on a sustained basis.
