Handover of Security Services in Manado

MANADO — At the end of the previous year, on Saturday (3/12/22), PT Pesonna Optima Jasa Manado Representative carried out the handover of 25 security personnel. A total of 18 personnel were assigned to the GKIC Estate Area, covering Bukit Kawanua Golf Residence, Casa de Viola, and Grand Victoria Kawanua, while 7 personnel were assigned to the Marketing Office. The cooperation agreement was established for a period of six months.

The security personnel of PT Pesonna Optima Jasa have met the required qualifications and possess the necessary security competencies. During the handover, all security personnel first received a briefing regarding the company profile of PT Pesonna Optima Jasa, its Board of Directors, and the PT POJ Manado Representative Team.

The company also explained the rights and responsibilities of each employee. Most importantly, the personnel were briefed on the main duties and functions of security officers. Their duties include maintaining security and order within their work environment, covering physical security, personnel, information, and other technical security aspects. They are also responsible for protecting and providing security to their workplace from potential security threats, as well as enforcing applicable rules and regulations.

Emphasis was placed on carrying out these duties and functions so that all security personnel remain disciplined, proactive, and responsible in performing their duties.
