Jakarta – A total of 100 Electric Vehicle (EV) units will be prepared to support operational needs through a partnership between PT Pesonna Optima Jasa (POJ) and PT Jayana Giri Sentosa (JGS). The partnership was marked by the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) for the provision and rental of EV operational vehicles on October 5, 2026, at POJ's Head Office. This collaboration is part of both companies' efforts to deliver more efficient operational transportation solutions while supporting the use of more environmentally friendly vehicles.
The provision of 100 EV units is driven by the need for operational vehicles that can support corporate mobility while keeping pace with the growing adoption of electric vehicles in Indonesia. Through the provision and rental scheme, POJ and JGS are building synergy to deliver operational vehicle services that not only meet business needs but also form part of the transformation toward more sustainable energy use.
The signing ceremony was attended by POJ Director Ferry Hariawan and his management team, as well as JGS President Director Erlang Hadiwiguna, JGS Operations Director, and their team. The presence of both parties underscores their shared commitment to ensuring that the provision and management of EV units are carried out professionally in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
The collaboration between POJ and JGS is a concrete step toward expanding the use of electric vehicles while supporting the development of the EV ecosystem in Indonesia. Going forward, this partnership is expected to add value to operational needs through efficient and sustainable vehicle services, while also opening opportunities for developing an electric vehicle business that is increasingly relevant to industry transformation and future mobility needs.
