PT Pesonna Optima Jasa Holds Blood Donation Drive Through CSR Program

Jakarta, November 18, 2022 — In celebration of PT Pesonna Optima Jasa’s (POJ) 8th anniversary, the company held a blood donation drive at its Head Office in Jakarta on November 18, 2022, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. The blood donation initiative was carried out in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) DKI Jakarta as part of the company’s social responsibility program in the health sector. The event was attended by employees of PT POJ’s Head Office as well as outsourced personnel managed by PT POJ.

Before donating blood, participants were required to complete a registration form and undergo a hemoglobin (Hb) test. Those who passed the initial Hb screening proceeded to a medical history assessment conducted by a doctor.

The assessment included checks on the participant’s health condition that day, blood pressure, medication history, and other health-related information. Only participants who passed the screening process were eligible to donate blood.

A total of 66 blood bags were collected from 86 registered participants. After completing the donation process, participants received souvenirs from PMI as well as mung bean porridge. PT POJ hopes the blood donation drive can become a regular annual initiative and provide meaningful benefits to people in need.
