History of PT Pesonna Optima Jasa

PT Pesonna Optima Jasa is a company engaged in general services, with outsourcing workforce provision and vehicle rental as its main business lines. It was established on November 19, 2014. At its founding, PT Pesonna Optima Jasa was a subsidiary of PT Pegadaian (Persero), a state-owned company widely known throughout Indonesia.

On June 13, 2024, PT Pesonna Optima Jasa's shares were transferred from PT Pegadaian to PT Pegadaian Galeri Dua Empat. This share transfer was a strategic step aimed at strengthening the organizational structure and enhancing the company's capabilities in facing increasingly complex and dynamic industry challenges.

In today's era of digital-based business development, we are ready to compete by relying on information technology and reliable, competent human resources in their respective fields. To date, PT Pesonna Optima Jasa has 11 representative offices and 20 area offices spread widely across Indonesia.

2014

The company was officially established under the name PT Pesonna Optima Jasa on November 19, 2014 in Jakarta. PT Pesonna Optima Jasa was a subsidiary of PT Pegadaian (Persero).

2024

2026

On September 19, 2026, PT Pesonna Optima Jasa entered a new phase of transformation through an ownership divestment process. Following the effective date of this process, ownership of the company shifted to Dana Pensiun Pegadaian, PT Pegadaian Galeri Dua Empat, and Yayasan Kesejahteraan Pegadaian Permata. This change in ownership structure marks an important milestone in strengthening corporate governance, increasing flexibility in business development, and expanding opportunities for collaboration and innovation.
