1. Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other requirements related to products, services, and the Quality, OHSE, and Anti-Bribery Management Systems in accordance with applicable standards.
2. Continuously improve service quality through greater business process efficiency and ongoing improvement.
3. Enhance the competence of human resources with a focus on improving service quality and commercial competitiveness.
4. Provide a safe and healthy workplace and prevent occupational accidents and work-related illnesses.
5. Involve the active participation of all employees in identifying and evaluating occupational health and safety hazards.
6. Implement pollution prevention and environmental protection programs based on the principles of energy and natural resource efficiency.
7. Provide adequate and safe resources, facilities, and infrastructure to support the effective implementation of the management system.
8. Prohibit all levels of leadership, employees, and interested parties from offering, promising, giving, or accepting bribes in the course of work.
9. Encourage employee involvement and awareness in bribery prevention.
10. Guarantee the existence, authority, and independence of the Anti-Bribery Compliance Function (FKAP).
11. Accept the consequences if system implementation does not comply with the established anti-bribery policy.
12. Carry out operational activities based on excellent business processes supported by innovation and continuous improvement through the consistent implementation of Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA).
